Mr. Sturgis: You can have as much or as little done at one time as you choose. We absolutely do not expect you to have your entire home cleaned at once. We just offered you the Whole House Deal as an option. We certainly can clean one room at a time, however, you must realize that our pricing, in this case, would be per square foot. Based on the measurements you gave me, the cost to have the Master Bedroom done would be just over $200.00 for a basic cleaning. That is why I suggested the Whole House Deal to you; you would get more cleaning done for less money. With the Whole House Deal, there is generally a significant savings to our customers, as there would be in your case. While we understand your disappointment, we hope that this helps clear things up a bit.

Hello. Thanks for your reply to our “contest”. We will enter you in the running for the gift certificate. As for the answering machine…I’m afraid I don’t have an answer for that one. The machine is only off if we are expecting a fax OR if for whatever reason the internet is down. That’s a possibility. Again, thanks for your input and we look forward to serving you in the future.

I found the mistake in the newsletter. The second paragraph down, which starts out, “To help keep your grout clean….” The next sentence has the word “if” in it and it is capitalized and it shouldn’t be. That’s the mistake I found! Hope I win the gift certificate!
